I recently visited Zeppelin Cleaners and Alterations for the first time and was thoroughly impressed by their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to my needs. They handled my clothes with great care and delivered exceptional cleaning results. The alteration work was flawless, fitting my items perfectly to my specifications. The turnaround time was fast, and the prices was reasonable.
I've been going here a few years, and I've never been disappointed. I've seen them for cleaning, sewing on patches, altering clothes, and everything's turned out great. Once, I had questions about some unfamiliar laundry cleaning symbols on a new garment, and one of the guys behind the counter was kind enough to take a moment and explain what they meant. Staff has been nothing but polite to me each time I've been there.
Given my busy schedule I often purchase all my clothing online. With this said I have purchased several suits from Nordstrom that needed alterations. I went to Zeppelin and the staff was extremely nice and offered fair prices. As you can imagine the suits totaled to a few thousand dollars so I was nervous to pick any place for alterations but I left the place with full confidence. Thank you!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.
