Our cleaning procedures encompass a range of methods, including dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and hand cleaning. We utilize extensive classification and customized programs, applying only the purest solvents to maintain the integrity of your garments.
Hand finishing is a highly specialized skill performed by our finishing professionals. Our finishing stations are meticulously set up to achieve optimal results. For instance, our soft wool press is padded to prevent shine, while cotton and linen garments are finished using firmer pads to ensure the best appearance.
We address minor repairs such as fixing loose hems, open seams, and loose buttons, as well as replacing any missing buttons. These repairs are carried out as needed to ensure that your garments are returned in excellent condition.
Each garment undergoes a formal inspection at the individual item level and again upon order completion. This rigorous process ensures that we provide the highest quality craftsmanship and adhere to your preferences. Intermediate inspections are conducted throughout production to confirm that stains have been removed and will not be set with the heat of finishing.
We take great care in packaging your garments to protect them during storage and transport. Most garments are individually protected with a poly bag, and we use tissue paper, custom hangers, and specially designed breathable garment bags and boxes to ensure optimal protection.
